Family-Based Immigration
Reliant Law Group, P.C. can help you, a US Citizen or a permanent resident, obtain green cards for your loved ones who are living in another country.  There are two categories of family-based immigration.  The first category is for your immediate relatives.  This includes: your spouse, your unmarried children under 21 years of age, and your parents (if you are 21 years of age or older).  There is no wait for a visa for your immediate relative.  The second category of family-based immigration is for your other relatives and they are broken down into different preference categories.  For those family members who are not immediate family members, there will be a wait period to obtain a green card.
